The hot mineral vibrating screen is mainly used for the grading of medium and small-size sinters with temperatures of 600o--800oC. It is often used with metallurgical sintering machines. The secondary vibration-reducing system is adopted. It has a small dynamic load on the base and has a strong structure, smooth operation, low noise, high efficiency.
Technical features and advantages
The crossbeams and the side plates of the screen box are made of heat-resistant plates or stainless steel plates, and riveted with ring grooves rivets. It is not only make sure good tightness, but also greatly reduces the internal stress caused by welding.
The mat plate of the hot screen is made of high temperature-resistant and wear-resistant materials. It has the characteristics of good heat resistance, no deformation and long service life.
The mat fixing device adopts oblique insertion and is equipped with a thermal compensation mechanism to ensure that the mats are securely fixed and the mats can be disassembled and assembled conveniently under working temperature conditions.
The hot screen uses secondary vibration isolation device, which can greatly reduce the impact on the foundation when the equipment is working .
According to the number of decks can be designed as double or single deck.
The exciter adopts a seat type exciter, and the exciters are lubricated oil.
