Widely used in metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemicals, food and other industries in the powder and granular materials transportation.

Using self-synchronizing principle of special vibration motor, it can start quickly, work stably, and stop smoothly.
The material continues to jump forward on the parabolic track, so the feed trough wears less.
The machine has the advantages of compact structure, convenient use and maintenance, continuous and uniform feed, long service life and so on.
The service life of the complete machine is 5 years. The service life of the vibration motor is 1 year.
Add 16Mn liner or polymer wear-resistant liner to the tank body to help protect the trough.
According to site requirements, it can be designed to be closed or open. The trough cross section can be made into various types such as circular, rectangular and trapezoidal.
The feed and discharge of the trough can also be made into one inlet feed to one outlet feed, one inlet feed to multiple outlet feeds, multiple inlet feeds one outlet feed, etc.
When the conveying distance is long, multiple conveyors can be connected and conveyed.
The conveyor works in the resonance area, so the amplitude is stable and the material is transported evenly.
The transport mode can be trough or tube transport.
Motor position can be up, down or side mounted.
