The cold screen is a new type of vibrating screen which is based on our company's patented product- the elastic exciter, as the vibration source. It is mainly used for the grading operation of cold sinters with temperatures below 150°C in the metallurgical industry. The series of cold screens can be installed on the left or right side according to the conditions of the work site. According to the different installation positions of the motor and exciter, it is mainly used in the material classification of mining, metallurgy, coal, thermal power, fire-resistant, building materials, power, chemical and other industries.

Product introduction

Technical features and advantages
*Screen body side plates are made of high-quality steel plates. Beams and screen box side plates are made of boiler plates and riveted with ring groove rivets.
*The mat is made of wear-resistant alloy steel or stainless steel sieve plate. It has the characteristics of no deformation, long service life and high screening efficiency.
* According to the number of deck can be designed as a double or single deck.
* Vibration exciter adopts seat exciter or side flange type exciter. Grease lubrication or oil lubrication is used in the exciter.
* The whole machine has the characteristics of large processing volume, low noise, convenient screen replacement and simple maintenance.
*The motor does not oscillate, which can effectively prolong the service life of the motor.
