Product introduction
The linear screen is a type of vibrating screen which is based on our company's patented product- the GK-exciter, as the vibration source. It is mainly used for the grading operation of cold materials with temperatures below 150°C . The series screens can be installed on the left or right side according to the conditions of the work site.
Technical features and advantages
* Screen body side plates are made of high-quality steel plates. Beams and screen box side plates are made of boiler plates and riveted with ring groove rivets.
* The mat is made of wear-resistant alloy steel or stainless steel sieve plate,or polyurthene mat, or hardfacing mat.
* According to the number of deck can be designed as a double or single deck.
* Vibration exciter adopts seat exciter or side flange type exciter. Grease lubrication or oil lubrication is used in the exciter.
* The whole machine has the characteristics of large processing volume, low noise, convenient screen replacement and simple maintenance.
* The motor does not oscillate, which can effectively prolong the service life of the motor.
* Tailor-made for all applications
