The structural feature is that the feeding section is at an angle of 45 degrees with the horizontal direction, and the middle section and the discharging end are at an angle of -5 degrees with the horizontal direction. This design helps the material quickly form a bed at the infeed end, and the movement of the material on the -5 degree screen surface is slowed down, helping the moisture through the bed through the screen.
The high-frequency dehydration screen is driven by two oscillating motors that are mounted on the oscillating beam in counter-rotation or are driven by an exciter, using imported SKF or FAG bearings.
